MailNotes is a Chrome extension that connects Gmail with Notion using artificial intelligence. It allows users to process emails, generate automatic summaries, read PDF attachments, and save structured information to Notion databases.
The service is offered in two tiers:
You agree to use MailNotes only for lawful and legitimate purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:
Using MailNotes requires authenticating with a Google account and authorizing access to Notion. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. MailNotes is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence in managing your credentials.
Pro plan payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS certified payment platform. MailNotes does not store credit card data.
The Pro subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe portal without penalty. Upon cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first subscription if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at mailnotes@mailnotes.es.
MailNotes has an affiliate program through which content creators and collaborators can earn a recurring commission for each active Pro subscription referred. Specific conditions for each collaboration are agreed individually and on a confidential basis. MailNotes reserves the right to modify the program conditions with 30 days' notice.
The processing of your personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. In summary: MailNotes does not store the content of your emails. Data travels encrypted from Gmail to the AI and directly to your Notion workspace.
MailNotes has passed Google's official security audit for extensions accessing Gmail data (verified OAuth).
MailNotes and all its components — code, design, brand, logos, and content — are the exclusive property of MailNotes and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these terms.
Summaries and information generated by the AI from your emails are your property.
MailNotes strives to maintain the service continuously available, but does not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We recommend checking this page periodically for significant changes.
MailNotes does not guarantee 100% accuracy in summaries and data generated by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.
In no event shall MailNotes be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
MailNotes' total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months under any circumstances.
You may stop using MailNotes at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking access permissions from your Google account and Notion workspace. MailNotes may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of fraudulent or abusive use.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from use of the service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
