When does Pro pay off?
The free plan gives you 10 credits a month, about 10 emails analyzed.
Pro pays off if you save more than 10 emails a month, if you regenerate summaries with “Retry generation” (each regeneration uses a credit) or if you want your own prompts for each type of email.

How is Pro activated?
Pay with the same email as the Google account you use with MailNotes and activation is automatic. If you paid with a different email, write to mailnotes@mailnotes.es and we'll sort it out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no lock-in. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Stripe's billing portal, using the “Already a customer?” link on this page.
How does the 14-day guarantee work?
If Pro isn't for you within 14 days of purchase, write to support and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?
On Stripe's payment page, in the promo code field, before you confirm payment.
Is paying safe?
Stripe handles the payment. MailNotes never sees or stores your card details.
What's a credit?
One AI analysis of an email. Each preview or Quick Save uses one. Saving the note after you review it doesn't use another, but regenerating the summary does. Pro has no limit.
